Montgomery - Jeffrey A Traver, 67, of Montgomery, AL passed away peacefully on April 24th, with his loving wife and family by his side.
Jeff, also known as Abuelo, was a kind and gentle individual that loved life. He served proudly in the military for 20 years. While in the Air Force, he met his beautiful sweet wife, Goyi, of 44 years on a long assignment in Spain. It was a Fairy Tale love story for the ages. Abuelo loved golf, riding his John Deere tractor, traveling, fishing, The Beatles, telling stories, hanging out with friends and family gatherings. He was very proud of all of his kids and grandkids always reminding them to never give up and that everyone has a purpose in life.
Aside from being survived by his wife (Goyi), Jeff leaves behind a brother (John) and sister (Jan), son (John), daughter (Barbara), daughter-in-law (Andrea), son-in-law (Matt), 5 grandkids and Jefe (his pup).
