SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of Montgomery, Alabama, adopted September 17, 1963, be amended by removing the following described property from B-2 (Commercial) and 

M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning Districts to an M-1-Q (Light Industrial-Qualified) Zoning District.

That certain lot located on the south side of Julia Street consisting of the parts of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Ryan Plat, as said plat is shown on Page 203 of Garrett’s Plat Book more particularly as follows:  Begin at the NW corner of Lot 5 Ryan Plat (also being the southeast corner of the intersection of Julia street and Lawrence Street); thence run south along Lawrence Street a distance of 300 ft., more or less; thence run east a distance of 127.1 ft., more or less; thence run north a distance of 120 ft., more or less; thence run east a distance of 120 ft., more or less, to the boundary of Lot 9 Ryan Plat; thence run north along the boundary between Lots 8 and 9 Ryan Plat a distance of 180 ft., more or less, to the south ROW of Julia Street; thence run west 246.9 ft., more or less, to the point of beginning.
