No 2 CLEANING, JACOBS PROJECT NO. D3481900, AT WATER WORKS AND SANITARY SEWER BOARD OF THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY, for the STATE OF ALABAMA AND THE (COUNTY)(CITY) OF MONTGOMERY,
Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for

A Bill
To Be Entitled An Act
Relating to Montgomery County; to authorize the sheriff to con- duct fundraising events; to provide for the use of the proceeds; and to provide
that this act is remedial and curative. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLA- TURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. (a) In Montgomery County, the sheriff may conduct fundraising events including, but not limited to, rodeos and may use the pro- ceeds and profits from the events for any lawful purpose relating to the operation
of the office of sheriff.
(b) The provisions of this act
are remedial and curative and any ac- tions taken by the sheriff in confor- mance with subsection (a) are ratified and confirmed.
Section 2. This act shall be- come effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Gover-
nor, or its otherwise becoming law.
