BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA as follows:

SECTION 1.  That the Zoning Ordinance of Montgomery, Alabama, adopted September 17, 1963, be amended by removing the following described property from an AGR-2 (General Industrial) Zoning District to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District.

Commence at NW corner of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 18, T16N, R20E, Montgomery County, Alabama and thence run east 48.19 ft. to the point of beginning; Thence S02°00’03”W, 609.93 ft. to a point on the north right of way of Interstate 85; Thence along said north right of way, N74°49’04”E, 58.69 ft.; Thence continue said north right of way, N73°10’44”E, 310.12 ft.; Thence leaving said right of way, N02°00’03”W, 504.76 ft.: Thence west 357.16 to the point of beginning.  Said parcel of land lying in the SE ¼ of Section 18, T16N, R20E, Montgomery County, Alabama and containing 4.57 acres, more or less. 

SECTION 2.  Restricted to an auto and truck repair business.

SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication, or as otherwise provided by law.
