TO: Jack Scrushy and Willie Jo Scrushy and their heirs and devisees, if deceased, whose whereabouts are unknown and cannont be ascertained after the excercise of reasonable diligence. You are hereby notified that on day of April 15, 2021, a complaint to quiet title in rem was filed in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama, by the Plaintiff Ashley Moore against real property described as:

Beginning at the instersection of the North line of the NW Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 30, T 12N, R18E, withe the east R.O.W. of US Highway 331; thence North 88 degrees, 20 minutues East along said North line for a distance of 622.3 feet to a point on the North R.O. W. of Merritt Hay Road; thence Southwesterly along the North R.O.W. of the Merritt Hay Road for a distance of 805.0 feet more or less, to the East R.O.W. of US Highway 331; thence North 2 degrees, 42 minutes West along said East R.O.W. for a distance of 465.9 feet to the point of the beginning. The described parcel of land lying and being situated in the NW Quarter of SE Quarter of Section 30, T12N, R18E, Montgomery County, Alabama, and containing 2.8 acres, more or less.

This notice shall be published in a new spaper of general circulation of Montgomery County, Alabama, for four consecutive weeks.
