HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

PUBLIC HEARING

At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Montgomery on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Auditorium, City Hall, 103 North Perry Street, the HPC will convene to discuss preservation planning activities. This meeting will be held unless the regularly scheduled April 28th, 2020 Architectural Review Board meeting does not convene, then a special called meeting of the Architectural Review Board will be held instead to consider the following items:

Request for approval of a revised parking plan for the property located at 516 Thorn Place (Old Cloverdale).

Request for approval after the fact of porch railings and request for approval of a privacy fence for the property located at 1701 Madison Avenue (Capitol Heights) PARTIAL VIOLATION

Request for approval of a front door accent color for the property located at 1879 Ridge Avenue (Old Cloverdale).

Request for approval of tree removals and replacements for the property located at 1601 Gilmer Avenue (Garden District).

Request for approval of a front yard fence and sidewalks for the property located at 431 South Goldthwaite Street (Cottage Hill Annex).
