At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Architectural Review Board of the City of Montgomery on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 5:30 p.m., in Council Auditorium, City Hall, 103 N. Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:

Request for approval of a revised parking plan for the property located at 516 Thorn Place (Old Cloverdale).

Request for approval after the fact of porch railings and request for approval of a privacy fence for the property located at 1701 Madison Avenue (Capitol Heights)  PARTIAL VIOLATION

Request for approval of a front door accent color for the property located at 1879 Ridge Avenue (Old Cloverdale).

Request for approval of tree removals and replacements for the property located at 1601 Gilmer Avenue (Garden District).
